ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an IT Product Specialist at Asura, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall quality of our applications and providing the best possible customer experience. You will be a crucial part of our engineering team, responsible for addressing technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and actively involved within the internal quality assurance processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our users
- Customer Experience: Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience by empathetically addressing user inquiries and concerns, always striving to exceed their expectations
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assessments of our applications to identify and report bugs, glitches or usability issues
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps and issue resolution, ensuring a knowledge base for future reference
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements in our IT support processes and tools
