2 weeks ago we were approached by the vice-president of Déclic Entreprendre, the student association of the French NEOMA Business School, who wanted us to be one of the European stops for their next Startup Safari, which will allow the association's students to discover a new entrepreneurial ecosystem. Their goal is to promote entrepreneurship in its broadest sense, to encourage young people to start a business, and to provide the basics to do so. They asked for our help in this, and of course, we said yes, as one of our long-term goals is to share our inspiration and knowledge with future generations. 🤖
This morning we filled the 30-seat special room at HubHub, and we thank them for the opportunity to share our story in a light-hearted conversation and to draw parallels between raising children and building a business. Neither is easy, but "the more energy you put in, the more you get back" - Mate Kiss - Gy. The new CEO of Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc., Mike Drow, also gave a short session at the end of the presentation, and then they answered questions from the students.
It's an interesting twist that these college young people came to us at a time when we are "college kids" in the life of our business, and together we can look forward to what the future brings. 🤓
